Taggard is a memory engine for your notes and documents: you upload or paste content, and it generates tags, resolves entities, detects cross-references, and answers questions against your own notes. See the homepage for the full feature description.
You need an account to use Taggard. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be 18 or older to create one.
You own what you upload. Creating an account doesn't transfer any ownership of your notes or documents to us. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content — including to OpenAI's API — solely to provide Taggard's features to you. We don't use your content for any other purpose; see the Privacy Policy for detail.
You agree not to:
Tags, entity resolution, cross-references, and Ask's answers are generated by AI and can be wrong — treat them as assistance, not verified fact, especially for anything important. Taggard cites the notes an Ask answer draws from so you can check the source yourself.
Taggard is provided “as is,” without a guaranteed uptime commitment at this stage. We'll try to give notice of planned maintenance that affects access.
You can stop using Taggard at any time; export your data first (the Export link is in the header on every page) if you want a copy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate section 4. See the Privacy Policy for how account deletion currently works.
Taggard is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taggard and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
If these terms change materially, we'll update this page and change the effective date above.
